Getting the Most Online Leads Generated for Network Marketers

There are a plethora of different methods of online lead generation for network marketers. Leads are essential to any network marketing business. Without a steady stream of interested, pre-qualified prospects coming to you, can’t build a business. To get you started, here are some of the top methods of online lead generation for network marketers, as well as one particular method that you shouldn’t use.
Creating your own landing page with a contact capture form is one of the best ways to acquire leads. You’ll just place a short form on your page that asks for your visitors’ names and email addresses. This information will then go into your auto responder, and you can send the new prospect information via email, since the person will have agreed to receive this information. Of course, you can’t just ask for contact information without giving something in return. You should be offering extraordinary information on your website that the visitor has to “register” to see, or giving away an ebook or report that requires contact information for you to send it.
Today on the internet there are so many people wanting your email address that you must offer your visitors something valuable for them to sign up for your newletter. One of the best ways I have seen this done is to write a short ebook or a “special report”, which can consist of 4-10 pages of information related to what the visitor came to your site for. You can even hire someone to write it for you if you have the budget to do it.
If you want to build a list of customers that will return to you website you will need to get them to sign up for your newletter. I have found that the best way to do this is to offer them something that you know they really want, good information on the topic of your site. That’s how they got there in the first place so you know that they are interested in hearing what you have to say.
If you have a full website advertising yourself, you can include your email address someone on the website, inviting interested persons to contact you for more information. You may not get as many leads this way, but they will be highly targeted leads, which are the most valuable. People who go to the trouble of sending you an email will already be interested in your business, so you won’t have to try quite as hard to sell to them.
One thing you should NEVER do is buy leads. Purchased leads are usually of very poor quality, and out of date. It may sound wonderful to be able to buy hundreds of thousands of names for mere dollars, but it’s never worth it. You’ll just end up wasting your time and your money in the long run.
One of the problems with buying leads from lead companies is that other network marketers will be sold the same list. So you won’t be the only ones calling them, maybe you will be the first or the fifth. Some program promote buying lists because they also have a downline and pay you for your referrals. That doesn’t make the list any better quality.
The Internet has made it possible for anyone to achieve network marketing success. It’s not like the old days when you had to go approach strangers in public and try to sell to your family and friends. Today, you can find interested, qualified prospects throughout the world. Using the top methods of online lead generation for network marketers, you can be very successful, even more than you ever dreamed was possible.
