The guest house or hotel rooms that are available and used during or in between the surgery are usually just as good as a four or five star hotel room. The personal assistance is superb and the personal attention is second to none. The flights can also be arranged and the patient alone or with family to accompany, are off to the desired destination such a Mexico for the weight loss surgery abroad.

You meet your personal attendant and check into a luxury hotel room nearby the hospital where you will be having weight loss surgery. Mexico hospitals used for this purpose are modern, clean, and have state-of-the art facilities and equipment. You will meet your surgeon who is board certified in weight loss surgery. Mexico may be their choice of practice, but many have trained in the Western countries on modern techniques and have done hundreds of weight loss surgery procedures.

Another good place for weight loss surgery, Costa Rica is a country that is developing in some places but completely modern in others. The medical team and nursing staff will take care of you throughout the process before and after receiving your weight loss surgery procedure. The experience is actually the same if not better than you would receive in the U.S. You will be given personal attention at each and every stage of your treatment.

Tips for Marketing Your Business on the Web

January 30th, 2009 by Brett Franks

by Brett Franks

When it comes to running any business successfully, you cannot do so without proper web marketing. After all, if people don’t know your business exists, how can they become a customer of yours?

You can find plenty of strategies and web marketing tips to help your business succeed. All it takes is a little information and preparation on your part to make sure that you market your business properly.

One of the web marketing tips that will help you succeed is to allow your business to sell itself. By setting up your business properly, youll be able to do this. You can do this very quickly and easily. By having the right information, youll be ready to go. First, you should use SEO techniques, or Search Engine Optimization, to your advantage. Find keywords that are relevant to your business and use them in your website content. If your website is about real estate, for example, youd want to use the phrase real estate and other popular search terms.

Make sure that you don’t overdo it, though. SEO, done properly, can give your website a great ranking on search engines. If you use too many keywords, though, you’ll likely get booted or banned for keyword stuffing.

Other web marketing tips include the use of social networking sites and other free advertising tools. Use sites like Facebook or blogging sites to build social profiles for your business. By doing this, youll connect with people on a personal level. People tend to be more interested in businesses when theyre befriended, rather than given a sales pitch. The social network is taking over the internet, and if you want to succeed in business you should embrace it and use it to your advantage.

Marketing used to be expensive, and now you can do most of your business advertising for free. Most businesses arent this lucky, but thanks to the internet, free advertising and marketing are easily accessible.

There are many great web marketing tips to grow and market your business. All you need to know is what works currently. Many people dont realizes the changes in marketing and how their business is affected.

The new world of internet marketing has no use for marketing practices of past years, even if they’re only a few years old. Hard selling and making sales pitches will no longer work like they once did, so you should embrace the social interaction that marketing has become. If you simply take the time to learn about the social web and how the free marketing can help your business, you’ll see the success you want and deserve.

What To Avoid When Yourre Starting Out

January 30th, 2009 by Sam Ernie Orion

by Sam Ernie Orion

No matter how well versed you are in the brick and mortar business world, its a good idea to understand both the similarities and differences between that and the world of ecommerce. Remember that as the economy takes a downturn, more and more people are looking toward alternatives to the traditional model of doing business. However, while the Internet supplies some great ideas and is a great vehicle to make money, there are at least four mistakes that you want to avoid before you take the plunge into starting your own business.

Dont Rush

First and foremost, all the experts agree that you dont want to rush. Although compared to other enterprises an Internet business is cheaper, there are quite a few bad turns that you can take and some of these spiral. While its true that we all like to hear great success stories and how people have made great money online, you need to be careful and find out exactly how much work was involved. Take the time to look into exactly how this success was achieved before you envision yourself doing the same thing.

Think Like A Boss

Remember too that while the Internet affords great possibilities, theres also a tendency for people to slide into the employee frame of mind. That means that some people make the incorrect assumption having your own business means that they have more freedom and while thats true, you also need to in mind that although you can set your own hours you still need to work at them. Dont think like an employee when youre the boss.

Get The Right Tools

Many people starting a home based web business try to cut corners and get a quick template off the Internet rather than taking the time and investing the money to go to a professional web design company in Los Angeles or where ever they happen to be. That is always a mistake. Even if you wind up with a decent website, you need to market that site and compete for page rankings and you dont get those tools by cutting financial corners before you even start.

Theres a good living on the Internet, but you need to get the best tools and have the right aptitude to make the whole thing work for you. While the medium for business might change, the need for hard work stays the same.

Comparison Of The Apple iPhone 3G and 2G Models

January 29th, 2009 by Ed Clyde

by Dave Sanders

The latest news reports show that the new Apple iPhone 3G is taking the world by storm! It is currently one of the top selling and most requested products on Ebay. Have you gotten yours yet?

The much anticipated release of the Apple iPhone 3G exceeded all expectations, with features that blow away the 2nd generation iPhones. Here are five reasons why everyone is so excited:

1. The number one reason for the ruckus is that the new Apple iPhone 3G now gives you the capability to add third party applications. Already the iTunes App Store has a huge number of applications for both business and entertainment. Opening it up to other companies to develop authorized iPhone applications has started a frenzy of companies clamoring to give you the biggest and the best there is in the way of increased functionality. This one capability means that what you can do with your iPhone is virtually unlimited, as better and better applications get invented.

2. As phenomenal as the first reason, the new Apple iPhone 3G now gives you access to higher Internet speeds. Super sonic is just one way to describe it. Compared to the 2nd generation models, everything you do on the Net is now better and faster. Webpages show up faster, audio and video media download faster for an enhanced experience, and file downloads don’t take up as much of your time.

3. The enhanced email functions of the new Apple iPhone 3G give you more options with your email – more accounts and faster, more reliable email service.

4. If you are a gaming enthusiast, you’ll really enjoy the new gaming capabilities of the Apple iPhone 3G. Better controls and exciting new iPhone games released for this newest model mean that you can now take your games with you. The thrills of gaming are now portable. No longer are you locked in to staying at home to finish a game on your home-bound game console. Throughout your day, anytime you have to wait for something or stand in a line, you can now whip out your trusty iPhone and enjoy a game. Boring moments are a thing of the past, thanks to this new iPhone.

5. Besides all the awesome new features, the Apple iPhone 3G also delivers improved call quality and speakerphone quality over the 2nd generation models. You can hear the person on the other end of your call louder and clearer, without that distracting buzzing in the background!

There is virtually no comparison between this new model and the older ones. The Apple iPhone 3G almost makes the 2nd generation models look like toys. That’s how much difference there is. Try one out for yourself, and discover the joys of this wave of the future.

A Bible timeline chart and lecturing the gospel

January 29th, 2009 by Neil J Baulch

by Neil J Baulch

A very active retired pastor of 40 years gave me quite a caning with this Scripture 1 Tim 1.4 “nor to be taken up with with myths and never ending genealogies.. “. After I had been preaching about the death burial and resurrection of Jesus had simply made some interesting observations.

I quietly and respectfully asked him if I had said anything that was heretical or inappropriate to which he answered. “No”. I explained that this Scripture was never meant to exclude genuine enquiry into the Bible, but rather it was targeting the false philosophy of Gnosticism. But he would not have it.

Gnosticism had been so influential in the new Testament times, and the new Testament writings, how could a pastor of 40 years experience not know this. It is important for pastors to know these things, and to teach their congregation in order that they might understand and interpret their Bible well.

Tragically, a large proportion of pastors preach light weight messages, are so very shallow so that the congregation hardly grow in the Bible and interpretation skills. Pastors love to preach ‘moral essays’ and ‘warming affirmations’ because, if we truly ‘love’, others, this is what we will do.

Well, who cares if God’s people are falling through the cracks ‘for a lack of knowledge’ (oracle), what’s really important, is if we are very positive and ‘nice’ to everybody.

Think about it, the more ‘relevant’ Christians become, to the world, the less relevant christians are in reality, to the world. :-(

There is far more to the Kingdom than ‘feel good’ messages and favorite topics. Teachers preach on a text from Song of Solomon as well as a piece about a man of courage from 2 Samuel; topical sermon from Luke followed by the a firm belief in god of Jeremiah or the integrity of Lot.

After preaching portions from here and from there, through the Bible we need then to put it all together in a clear, understandable way for our congregation.

We seem to have a constant flow of new books and ideas, with dangerous Liberal leanings. We are repeating history, but if we were to teach the basics of Church history, we would be more equipped to avoid repeating that history.

Let us correctly prepare the Church to understand God and the Bible, but piecing together the fragments of his Word into a beautiful seamless mosaic.

This is not difficult to attain, if we put in some good prayer and study.

John 17:17 Consecrate them in the truth. Your word is truth. (NAB)

Cleaning your Computer’s Registry for Improved Performance

January 29th, 2009 by Ron Cripps

by Ron Cripps

Your computer registry is a vital part of the operating system on your PC. This is a culmination of information to help you maintain a healthy computer system. Cleaning your computer registry should be done weekly and not left to chance.

Invalid registry keys are the major cause of computer errors, crashes and slow downs. Invalid registry keys are usually want is left behind from a program that has been uninstalled from your computer. You need to repair these registry entries to ensure a smooth running computer as leaving them can lead to many problems.

Both Windows operating systems being Xp and Vista have a built in registry editor. This editor is not a scan and repair utility it is for manual editing only. If you need to scan or repair your registry then there are many software tolls online today that can do just that. If you have a need to edit your computer registry then make sure that you have already backed up your computer as any change in the registry could have dire consequences to the unwary.

Due to the actuality that many of the programs running within Windows XP or Vista use some of the same parameters common to them, cleaning and maintaining your registry file can become very dangerous for the inexperienced user. Since the registry entries are all essential for the optimum operation of the windows operating system, inadvertently deleting the wrong entry may end up slowing the system and may cause some genuine problems for the operator.

Each time you put new hardware or software on your system, or you reinstall software programs or hardware on your computer system, information about that software install is documented in your system’s Registry Data. The system Registry File is a log of everything that happens on your computer as far as programs, services, and processes. Even if you follow all of the recommended steps to uninstall the software or hardware in the future, parts of files may be left behind in the Registry.

It is essential that you clean your Registry because the unnecessary files such as DLL’s and other worthless entries can cause major problems on your system’s stability and reliability.

A corrupt registry can degrade the overall performance, and this can eventually cause you problems. Furthermore, your PC is more probable to fail multiple times if you have at no time cleaned your registry. You are also more likely to encounter continuous error messages and on occasion the blue screen of death. Even if you clean up the bits and pieces of programs left behind after any un-installation found in the Program Files folder, you still need to clean up the Registry keys and values.

Before editing your computer registry MAKE A BACKUP. Deleting anything from your registry files is permanent and can cause your computer to lock up or even fail to start next time you reboot. However with a little care taken it is not an extremely difficult operation but it is a vital one for a computer that is performing poorly.

If you are confident enough to edit your registry then here is how you can access it by clicking on the Start then Run and typing in Regedit.Open the Registry Editor and click on the My Computer icon in the left-hand panel. Click Edit and Find. Type in the word that has some reference to the program you are searching for to be certain is removed from your registry.

There is another way to increase your system performance with having to use the Registry editor. You can access a program called MSCONFIG by going to start then to run and typing in “msconfig” this will open a new window on your desktop where you can click the startup tab to view all programs that have loaded during startup. Remember all of these programs are using up valuable resources on your PC. You can if you know what you are doing uncheck these programs to improve system performance.

You have probably realized now that the windows registry is critical to the operation of your computer. So if you perform regular registry scans then you should be able to avoid any major or costly computers errors. If you neglect your computer registry over time you will no doubt start to experience problems.

Improve Your SEO Efforts By Leaving Comments

January 28th, 2009 by Randy The Hermit Baustert

by Randy The Hermit Baustert

It is widely know that getting back links to your site will improve your rankings with the search engines but getting links by leaving blog comments is commonly over looked.

There are a lot of people out there that will tell you don’t bother to use blog comments because all the blogs have no follow tags now and the search engines don’t record the links.

There is a trace of truth to this but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t use blog comments to get back links because there are some blogs that don’t have the no follow tags on their comments.

When WordPress is installed it automatically configures your blog to have no follow tag on comment but there are some blog owners that want you to comment so they will use a plugin to remove the no follow tags, either completely or based on the number of comments you leave.

Go out and post your comments on these blogs but before you do I want to make sure you aren’t leaving spammy comments so here is some blog comments etiquette.

Any comment you leave on a blog MUST have something to do with the content of the post.

If the post you are commenting on is about writing articles you don’t want to leave a comment about extreme sports. If you site is extreme sports related you can have the link to your site but the comment text needs to be related to the post.

When you are writing your comments don’t put any links in the body of the comment. Not only is this poor etiquette it can actually get you listed on the comment spam lists if you are reported by the blog owners. You can put a link in the comment body if, and only if, it is a resource to something in the post.

I personally have my comments set up so that if you put links in the body of the comment it will go to moderation and not be posted until I get around to reviewing the links. This might be done quickly or it might take me a week to get to it. Remember, some people never check the comment moderation.

Now your name or I should say the form field where you enter your name. This should be your name or your moniker. For example I will use Randy The Hermit because more people know me that way than by my normal last name. Your moniker can have keywords in it (only helps if there are not any no follow tags) but it should be related to you or what you do. For example if you teach people how to blog you could use the moniker Blog Boy or Blogging Teacher but your moniker should stay the same no matter what you use for a link.

That is a general overview of blog etiquette but you should never do anything in a blog comment that you wouldn’t want done on your blog. Even with the no follow tags you should still be posting comments, I bet you are wondering why?

There are a number of reasons why you should do this:

1.People will see your comments and your links even if there is a no follow tag. If you put 4 comments on blogs per day you will end up with over 1,500 links in a year. These links will be seen by potentially tens of thousands of readers that might visit your site.

2.If your comments are on topic and informative people will remember your name and you will become a known expert in the field. This is part of the reason you want to use the same name.

3.If your comment is informative you will also find that a lot of the readers will click on your link to find out more about you.

4.Just because the major search engines abide by the no follow tag doesn’t mean everybody does. The last time I checked Ask would follow no follow tags and there are some ad services that do their own back link testing that will follow these links and this could raise the amount you collect for showing their ads.

If comments have the no follow tag activated how do you tell?

You can find a post with comments and look at the source code for the page, scroll through all the code until you find the comments and then look for the no follow tag. Yes, this is awkward but it gets the job done.

An easier way is to use FireFox or Flock browser (If you are not using one these you should be) and get the SEO for FireFox addon (It works in FireFox and Flock) you can find it as SEOTools.com or just search for it in Google.

This addon will give you a bunch of information that can be used for SEO but the one feature that we are interested in now is the no follow highlighting. What it does is look at all the links on the page your viewing and highlights all the no follow links in red. If the name in the blog comment isn’t red then the no follow is shut off on that blog.

There are a couple of plugins that blog masters will add to their blogs that automatically removes the no follow tag from the comments and another plugin that will reward the people that comment frequently by removing the no follow tags from that individuals comments. This plugin is Lucia’s Linky Love.

How it works it the owner of the blog can set the plugin so that after so many posts the no follow tag is removed from the comments of that person.

It checks the name and email address to see if this person has ever commented before and keeps track of all the ones that match. If you use different names (which has already been pointed out as a no no) or different emails you will never have the no follow tags removed.

The blog master gets to choose the number of comments it takes to qualify for no follow tag removal, the minimum number is 3 and the maximum is whatever they feel like. I usually see it set between 3 and 5 which means you have to make 4 to 6 post before you get a back link to your site.

Now I bet you want to know how this will help you when you are leaving comments. You can actually find posts that are using Lucia’s Linky Love but doing a search in Googles Blogsearch. Put your keyword phrase in quotes then a plus sign (+) then in quotes Lucia’s Linky and you should find posts on topic that use this plugin. Make the minimum number of comments plus 1 and you now have start creating back links followed by all the search engines.

I use this on my blogs and I have it set at three. Because I read the comments and if they are spammy I delete them manual link spammers never get the three links they need. This encourages better comments and more comments.
