There are times when you just get fed up of a regular job. Or you may have lost your job, there may be a small child in the family who needs your attention or you may be physically sick and not able to go out to work. In all such cases it is necessary and desirable to work from home. And these days it is possible to work from home.
The advantages are that there is no boss and you are your own boss. You can work at your leisure and at your own pace. You can work when your children are at school or the baby is asleep or is at the daycare. You can work at night when all are in bed. You can work when your household work is over and you have some time. You can choose your timings and your method of working. You don’t have to commute so you save on gas and you save on time. Doesn’t it sound great? No boss, no commuting, work at your leisure, when you want to do it. All that you need is a computer and a good internet connection.
All that you need is a desk and a good internet connection. You can choose your time, when your children are at school or daycare or when the baby is sleeping and all your housework is done. There are no fixed timings, no boss to breathe down your shoulder and no commuting. You save on gas and on your time so it is a win-win situation for you to work from home. Isn’t that great? You are your own boss.
The only drawback is that you will not have any insurance or any fringe benefits which you would have had were you working at a normal workplace. Nor will you have colleagues and friends to share your lunch or discuss topics. Also you may be worried about the payment part. There are different methods of payment and each net job will have its own method. There are electronic transfers, direct payment into banks or you can always ask for a check to pay your salary.
These are the tried and tested websites which have offered online jobs to hundreds of people who have been satisfied by them.
These are four websites that are currently in use. Others may be just exploring the possibilities. These four are the ‘currently hired and getting paid’ websites. oDesk may be shining because of its outstanding team software. It was designed to monitor the activities and work done by employees through mouseclicks, keyboard use and screenshots. There is no registration fee and you can download the team pack software free. oDesk earns 10% fee added on the wages earned by service providers. It supports both fixed-rate and hourly payments on projects.
Your profile page is very important because it is literally your face which the employer will see. So put your best points in it. Put in your experience, your qualifications, your hobbies, your plus points. Take any tests that are offered. Put your educational background in it, your skills and your payment expectations. You can rate your English also.
And then you begin looking for work, get it and do it in real earnest and there will be no regrets.
